Mallory Geis
FOUNDER + OWNER
Over a decade ago, Mallory stumbled on Pilates when looking for a way to rehab an injury while maintaining her fitness goals; she was instantly hooked. Of all the methods tried, Pilates got her into better shape and kept her injury free. Ever since, Pilates has been an integral part of her wellness and training journey. When Mallory moved back to her hometown of San Antonio, she was frustrated with the lack of personalized, quality Pilates instruction. When asking around, she realized she wasn’t the only person looking for a personalized studio, and thus The Source was born.
Mallory holds a Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Balanced Body, a rigorous 500-hour certification program that is the gold standard of Pilates education. She also holds a 200-Hour Yoga Certification. Mallory specializes in contemporary Pilates for athletes looking for sports-specific improvements and individuals aiming to improve their strength, mobility, and endurance.
