BOOKING POLICIES.

The following Booking Policies (“Policies”) are entered into by and between You and The Source SA, LLC dba The Source (“Company,” “we” or “us”). 

By scheduling a service with the Company, you agree to be bound by these Policies, without modification, and acknowledge reading them. If you disagree with any part of the Policies, you may not book a service with the Company. Failure to abide by the Policies can result in cancellation of your purchase and/or service.

  • All clients must have a Client Intake Form with signed disclosures and a liability waiver on file to participate in sessions. We reserve the right to update the intake form and waivers as needed and require new signatures be obtained before participating in a future session. 

  • A credit card is required at the time of booking. Payment is due once the 24-hour cancellation window closes. The credit card used to book the session will be charged approximately 12-24 hours prior to the start of the session. Purchases are non-refundable/non-transferable.

  • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session will forfeit the session payment. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session can be submitted via text to 210.836.9918.

  • Late arrivals may be subject to a shortened class duration.

  • Grip socks are required for all sessions and are available for purchase in the studio.

  • Clothing with zippers, jewelry, or any other sharp objects are prohibited for client and equipment safety.

  • Silence cell phones and other electronic devices before entering the studio.

  • Client is responsible for notifying the instructor immediately of any discomfort and/or pain.

  • The Source is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged while in or around the studio.
